We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and free of any makeup or stains.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Download Shipping Label
Select your preferred return shipping method and download the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal.
Package Your Items
Place your items securely in the original packaging, attach the new shipping label over the old one, and drop it off at your nearest postal outlet.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days.
